Please note that we reserve the right to review all orders placed on our site. Once your order has been submitted you will receive an email notification indicating the status of your order. If your order is under review you will receive a subsequent email indicating the results within one business day. We unfortunately will not have an update prior to that time.

DVF.com accepts the following Payment Methods: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, DVF gift cards, DVF virtual gift certificates. Additionally, you can conveniently choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once the transaction is complete, you will then return to DVF.com. For information about our gift cards, please click here. Please note, we do not charge your credit/debit card until your order ships.

Please note that you will be responsible for any import duties placed upon the package by your country and UPS brokerage fees for customs clearance. These fees will be COD. Because taxes and duties vary by country, DVF.com cannot determine what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. For shipments to Brazil, according to Brazilian regulation (IN1073) shipments can only be submitted to customs clearance if the consignee TAX ID is noted on the import declaration (DIRE). TAX ID must be apprised on the invoice.
DVF.com is not responsible for any foreign customs, duties, or brokerage fees that may be applied after shipment. Please check with your local customs agent and UPS before ordering from DVF.com. If you decide to refuse any shipments from DVF.COM, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
SALES TAX | UNITED STATES
DVF.com does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington state where customers are subject to their respective sales tax.
By purchasing goods from DVF.com, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of New York. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against DVF.com arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in New York County, New York and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
VAT TAX | EUROPE
Residents of the Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, and Spain will be subject to their country's respective VAT. All other countries will be required to pay Netherlands VAT.
If you have a promotion code for DVF.com, you must enter it in the Promo Code box at checkout once you are ready to make a purchase. Promotion codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and some exclusions apply. Promotion codes can not be used to purchase Gift Cards or Virtual Gift Certificates.

We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories. Shipping is not available to post office or APO/FPO boxes.
We offer UPS Standard, UPS Two Day, and UPS Next Day delivery services. Please call 1-888-472-2383 for additional information on shipping. Please note, orders must be confirmed before 1 PM ET for same-day shipping for Two Day and Next Day delivery. Orders confirmed after 1 PM ET will be shipped the following business day. Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

DVF.com offers FREE returns within 30 days
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and a copy of your packing slip with reason for return within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Items with any tag removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please note: we cannot confirm delivery of your return, but we will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded. Please allow 10 business days to see the refund in your account. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase. If you receive a gift, you will be issued a gift card in the amount of the item purchased. Gift cards do not expire are valid online and in store.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
FINAL SALE is indicated in red below the price on the category page and above the item description on the item page. Sale items not marked as FINAL SALE are returnable.
Swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached. Must be returned in the original packaging to be accepted.
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
For your convenience, orders shipped within the US will have a UPS return label included with the package. You may also drop your return off at any UPS location for shipment or schedule a pickup with UPS.com. Please retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference.
In your package, is a white envelope marked DVF which includes a return form, packing slip and a prepaid label. Please complete the return form and use the label to send the package back to our facilities.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1.888.472.2383 and Client Services will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in order to be processed. You will be sent an RMA via email that must be printed and enclosed with your return. If you choose to return an item for any reason and the item is presented in saleable condition, you will receive a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after the original purchase.
Return to DVF Retail Shop
Items purchased on DVF.com may be returned to any full price United States Diane von Furstenberg boutique for Exchange or Store Credit within 30 days of purchase date. In Store returns will only be accepted and processed upon presentation of an original receipt from DVF.com. Store Associates will send the returned merchandise back to our warehouse free of charge. You will receive your refund once we receive the merchandise back to our warehouse and process the return. Returns sent from the stores may take up to 2 weeks to process.
We are unable to provide delivery confirmation, but you will receive an email with the total refund amount when the return is complete. Please allow up to 10 business days from this date for the refund to apply to your account. If you retain and provide your return tracking number, we'll be happy to let you know when your refund should be completed. DVF.COM does not accept exchanges at this time, however, you may return your item for a refund, and place a new order for the item of your choosing.
