Order Status

Please note that we reserve the right to review all orders placed on our site. Once your order has been submitted you will receive an email notification indicating the status of your order. If your order is under review you will receive a subsequent email indicating the results within one business day. We unfortunately will not have an update prior to that time.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at clientservices@dvf.com or call 1.888.472.2383 and Customer Service will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in order to be processed. You will be sent an RMA via email that must be printed and enclosed with your return.

If you choose to return an item for any reason and the item is presented in saleable condition, you will receive a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after the original purchase.

Your return will be processed within 10 business days after delivery. While we are unable to provide delivery confirmation, you will receive an email with the refund total when the return is complete. Please allow a few additional business days from this date for the refund to apply to your account. If you retain and provide your return tracking number, we'll be glad let you know when your refund should be completed. We do not reimburse shipping fees. If you are unable to locate the desired item and have the item name and color, please contact us at clientservices@dvf.com or 888-472-2383 so that we may locate the item for you.

If you have a link or photo of the item, please email it to us at clientservices@dvf.com.

If you have an item description, please email us at clientservices@dvf.com with as much information as possible so that we may assist you further: Item style, color, print or solid, length, sleeve and collar type, when and where you saw the item.

Fit Advice

Please view our size guide for information about the fit of our products.

Most of our items run true to size. Our fitted dresses tend to be very form-fitting, so some customers opt to size up. Some customers opt to size down for our more oversized and generously cut items.

As a general rule, the waist/chest/hip measurements vary by approximately 1" between sizes. The length varies by approximately 1/4" between sizes. Below are letter/number size conversions:

P = 0 - 2
S = 4 - 6
M = 8 - 10
L = 12 -14
