Return Status

Your return will be processed within 10 business days after delivery. While we are unable to provide delivery confirmation, you will receive an email with the refund total when the return is complete. Please allow a few additional business days from this date for the refund to apply to your account. If you retain and provide your return tracking number, we'll be glad let you know when your refund should be completed. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Return Policy

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
FINAL SALE is indicated in red below the price on the category page and above the item description on the item page. Sale items not marked as FINAL SALE are returnable according to the below policies.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, all tickets attached, and a copy of your invoice with reason for return within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Items with any tag removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged may not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please note: we cannot confirm delivery of your return, but we will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded within 10 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase, so if you receive a gift, you may exchange your item for one that is of equal or more value and we will charge you the difference.

Swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached. Must be returned in the original packaging to be accepted.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.

Exchanges

Please note that we can exchange for alternate sizes only. For an alternate color or item, a new order must be placed.

Please see the above section for our return policy and return address. On the Return Form included with your shipment, indicate which item you are returning and what item, color, and size you'd like for your exchange. We cannot hold items for exchanges, but if your item is unavailable at the time of processing, we will do everything we can to locate the item for you. If your requested item has completely sold out, we will notify you by email and will refund you instead.

Return to DVF Retail Shop

Items purchased on DVF.com may be returned to any full price United States Diane von Furstenberg boutique for Exchange or Store Credit within 30 days of purchase date. In Store returns will only be accepted and processed upon presentation of an original receipt from DVF.com. Store Associates will send the returned merchandise back to our warehouse free of charge. You will receive your refund once we receive the merchandise back to our warehouse and process the return. Returns sent from the stores may take up to 2 weeks to process.
