Please note that we reserve the right to review all orders placed on our site. Once your order has been submitted you will receive an email notification indicating the status of your order. If your order is under review you will receive a subsequent email indicating the results within one business day.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an additional email with the tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
If you elect to return an item for any reason, the item(s) must be received with all tags attached, unworn, and in saleable condition. You will receive a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after you received your order, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request a return, please contact Client Services Monday through Saturday 9AM EST to 5PM EST at ClientServices@dvf.com or call 1-929-362-5773. Once your request is received, a member of Client Services will reach out to you the following business day to provide further instructions, including the shipping label and necessary documentation to process the return.
Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at the US Distribution Center. Refunds should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing dependent on your banking institution.

If you are unable to locate the desired item and have the item name and color, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 929-362-5773 so that we may locate the item for you.
If you have a link or photo of the item, please email it to us at email@example.com.
If you have an item description, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with as much information as possible so that we may assist you further: Item style, color, print or solid, length, sleeve and collar type, when and where you saw the item.

Most of our items run true to size. Our fitted dresses tend to be very form-fitting, so some customers opt to size up. Some customers opt to size down for our more oversized and generously cut items.
As a general rule, the waist/chest/hip measurements vary by approximately 1" between sizes. The length varies by approximately 1/4" between sizes. Below are letter/number size conversions:
P = 0 - 2
S = 4 - 6
M = 8 - 10
L = 12 -14
