If you would like to have your online order shipped in the USA, but BILLED to an international address, please shop on DVF.com and enter the appropriate billing details at checkout.
If you choose to return an item for any reason and it is returned in saleable condition, with all original tags attached, and unworn, you are eligible to receive a refund. You may receive the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item(s), in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after receipt.
To initiate your return please contact Client Services Monday thru Saturday 9AM EST to 5PM EST, excluding most US banking holidays.
Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at the US Distribution Center. Refunds should appear on your account within 3-7 business days dependent on your banking institution.
Duty & Tax
Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the destination of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. Q: Can my order be delivered internationally?
A: Yes. Through our partnership with Flow, we are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in many countries and territories. International shoppers now get the benefit of seeing product prices in their local currency, guaranteed order totals, cost-effective international shipping, and much more.

A: Flow is a commerce solution that presents prices in the same currency of your geolocation and processes payments for your International DVF order.
Q: How will I know how much my order will cost?
A: Please add items to your basket and continue to checkout. Once you enter your shipping address Flow calculates and displays the order total in your country’s currency, including all shipping costs to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
Q: Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
A: As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you will be billed by Flow, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.
Q: What currencies does Flow support?
A: Currently, Flow supports billing in 60+ global currencies.
Q: My billing address is in the United States. Can I use Flow to ship an order internationally?
A: Yes, Flow supports international shipping, with billing addresses in the USA.
Q: What payment options does Flow support?
A: Currently, Flow supports Visa®, MasterCard®, Maestro, American Express®, Diners Club International, China UnionPay (credit cards), PayPal®, PayPal Express®, JCB® (Japan), Adyen, Stripe, and Klarna.
Q: What are my international shipping options?
A: The following is an estimated delivery for international shipments. You will be quoted a specific estimated delivery at the time of checkout based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.

Q: How much does international shipping cost?
A: International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated during Flow checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
Q: When am I billed?
A: Your credit card or PayPal account will be billed by Flow once you place your order.
Q: How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?
A: Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Flow supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Flow international checkout.
Q: Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?
A: If for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, Flow will notify you during the checkout process. Fish & Wildlife products can currently be shipped via DHL Express only and require special export permits from the US Fish & Wildlife Service. When adding one of these products to your DVF Shopping Cart, the checkout automatically returns DHL Express as the only shipping option. In addition, a Fish & Wildlife permit fee will appear in the subtotal of your order. Due to the Fish & Wildlife declaration export fee please allow an additional 1-3 days for your delivery.
Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO boxes?
A: Shipping is not available to Post Offices or APO/FPO boxes.
Q: How can I track my international order?
A: Once your order is processed by the warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking details.
Q: What will my credit card statement say?
A: Your credit card statement will reflect charges from "Flow*DVF".
Q: Who should I contact if I have questions relating to my order after I have made a purchase?
A: Please contact us Monday through Saturday 9AM EST to 5PM EST at ClientServices@dvf.com or call 1.929-362-5773 and we will gladly assist you with any questions relating to your international order. Client Services is unavailable on Sundays and recognized US banking holidays.
Q: Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?
A: We do not currently support the sale or redemption of gift cards to international customers or for internationally-shipped orders.
Q: What is your return policy for international orders?
A: If you elect to return an item for any reason, the item(s) must be received with all tags attached, unworn, and in saleable condition. You will receive a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after you received your order, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your request is received, a member of Client Services will reach out to you the following business day to provide further instructions, including the shipping label and necessary documentation to process the return.
Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at the US warehouse. Refunds should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing.
Q: Do you accept exchanges?
A: We cannot accept exchanges at this time; however, you may return your item for a refund, and place a new order for a new item(s).
