Order/Returns
We are unable to accommodate any modifications or cancellations to your order once it has been placed. Due to this, we recommend closely reviewing order details prior to finalizing your transaction.

DISCLAIMER: Our warehouse has made a move! Orders placed between July 11th & July 25th may experience up to two weeks of delays.
Once your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will be displayed on the website to verify your transaction was approved. In addition, an Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address entered during the checkout process. Please note that all orders will be reviewed by our fraud management team. If the order is flagged as fraud for any reason, you will receive a subsequent email indicating the results within (1) business day.
For reference, your order must be placed prior to 1 PM local to the respective fulfillment center to ship out on the same day. Orders shipping to the European Union are shipped from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands. UK orders are sent from our fulfillment center based in Leeds. All other orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Pennsylvania, USA.
Available shipping methods are displayed in checkout based on the shipping address entered. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed, so please allow additional transit time for potential delays.

DVF.com offers FREE returns within 21 days of receiving your order.
Items may be returned to DVF.com within (21) days of receipt for a full refund to your original form of payment – unless the item was marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Any shipping related costs will not be refunded upon receipt of your return as the service is provided to you upon fulfillment from our warehouse and completed once the product is promptly delivered to your shipping address.
Please note that all returned garments must be received at our warehouse in their original
unworn condition with all tags attached for the refund to be processed. Our fulfillment center will perform a thorough quality check prior to accepting the return. Products that have been worn / altered or missing tags will not be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit and will be returned to the sender.
In order to initiate a return within the US, please visit dvf.com/returns. You will be prompted to enter your order number, as well as the billing or shipping zip code associated with your order. Once you access the portal, you just need to identify the item(s) that you are interested in returning and select a reason for sending the garment(s) back.

We will refund the cost of your returned merchandise within (10 - 15) business days of receipt to our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm. For reference, we automatically refund to your original form of payment – unless otherwise specified.
Once the return has been processed, please note that your credit card company may take up to (7) additional business days to reflect the refund to your account.

If you choose to return an item for any reason, you will receive a refund of the original merchandise price - along with any duties and taxes originally paid for the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Also, the refund will be processed in the same currency / at the same exchange rate used for purchase. Merchandise will not be accepted more than 21 days after you received your order. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Any shipping related costs will not be refunded upon receipt of your return as the service is provided to you upon fulfillment from our warehouse and completed once the product is promptly delivered to your shipping address. As duties are paid for receival of your order, these fees will not be refunded for any returns either.

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect or loss that occurs. Please note that any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. DVF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders / items that are reported as missing or damaged.
Price Adjustments
Price adjustments cannot be accommodated for orders that already have another promo code applied. We are unable to make any exceptions. Also, we cannot replace an existing promo code with a separate offer.
If you are looking to exchange an item purchased with a discount, please contact our Client Experience Team. As long as you would like to order the same exact product in another size, we will be able to help you order at the same price point.
If you require alterations, we offer a 5% refund on the product to help cover the cost. We just need to receive a receipt from your tailor in order to make the price adjustment.
Unfortunately, temporary promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases. If an order is still eligible for return, you can send it back and purchase a new garment at the discounted price being offered.
We can price adjust items that have been permanently marked down on our website within (1) week of the order date as long as the item is still available in the same size and color.
Sample Sale pricing cannot be applied to previous online orders.
We are happy to price match a third party vendor’s markdowns of up to 50% off the original retail price. Please note that the item(s) must be available in the same size and color in both locations to be eligible. Price Matches will only be granted within (7) days of the original purchase and do not apply for temporary promotions occurring on partner websites.
Fit
Please view our size guide for information about the fit of our products.
Most of our pieces run true to size. Please note that we update the copy on the product page based on the feedback we receive from our clients, so we’ll always do our best to suggest sizing up or down when necessary. In addition, feel free to look through the reviews left by other shoppers for relevant details.
For reference, our fitted dresses tend to be very form-fitting, so some customers opt to size up. Some customers opt to size down for our more oversized and generously cut garments.
As a general rule, the waist/chest/hip measurements vary by approximately 1" between sizes. The length varies by approximately 1/4" between sizes. Below are letter/number size conversions for review:
P = 0 - 2
S = 4 - 6
M = 8 - 10
L = 12 -14

If you do not have these details readily available for us, please prepare the best description possible to help us pinpoint which garment you’re seeking. Relevant information might include the style, length, color / print, type of sleeve / collar featured, as well as when / where you came across the piece. If you have a picture or a link, please include it in your email.
